Constança is a film director and writer with demonstrated experience in the entertainment and advertising fields. She started her academic studies in Portugal by taking a Law degree at Nova University of Lisbon, and then moved to London to pursue her dream of becoming a film director.  She took a practical filmmaking course at Met Film School where she learnt the basis of film directing and producing, and started working in the industry straight after. She recently graduated from a post-graduation course at National Film and Television School where she developed her skills as a commercials director, having worked with brands such as Burt’s Bees and NHS.  

 

From the fashion industry to brand promos, commercials, music videos and live multi-cam shows, she demonstrates high-quality standards of image and storytelling. With a strong visual filmmaking style, she creates modern, dynamic and engaging film concepts for brands.

 

Extremely organized, methodic, and very hard worker, Constança takes every project she works on very seriously and becomes a true team player, always very conscious of the importance of collaboration and team work on a film set. Based in London but born and raised in Lisbon, she’s been developing her career in both cities, working in the production field at NBC Universal London, and as a commercials director in both cities.
